Hevan is a website about furniture and home decor, started in 2023. Everything on it is published by the Hevan Editorial Team. This page explains how we decide what to cover, how we research it and how we fix mistakes.
How We Choose Topics and Products
We pick topics and products using a few simple questions.
- Reader usefulness: will this guide help someone make a better decision?
- Search demand: are people looking for this in furniture and home decor?
- Availability: can a reader actually find and buy the product?
How We Research
Our research relies on information that anyone can look up.
- Manufacturer specifications: sizes, materials and listed features.
- Public product information: product pages and other published details.
- Aggregated buyer feedback: the points that many buyers raise again and again.
We don’t test products ourselves. There is no lab testing and no hands-on testing behind our guides. What you read is a careful comparison of published specs and owner feedback, and we write it that way.
How We Write and Review
We draft content with the help of AI writing tools. That is a normal part of our process. Before anything is published, the Hevan Editorial Team reviews it, checking that it is clear, that it matches the sources we used and that it reads like something a person would want to read.
Money Does Not Decide What We Recommend

Reviewing and Updating Content
Products, prices and specifications change. We revisit pages when we notice something is out of date or when a reader points it out. We cannot promise a fixed review schedule, but we would rather correct a page than leave a mistake in place.
Prices and availability on store pages are set by the stores, so always check the store before you buy.
Reporting an Error
If you find a mistake, please email editorial@hevan.net. Tell us the page address and what looks wrong. We read every report and fix confirmed errors.
